The Summit County real estate market showed steady activity this fall. In September 2025, the number of property sales increased by 43% compared to September 2024, even as the average sold price declined by 6%. Overall, the third quarter of 2025 closed with a 10% rise in total sales and a 2% increase in average sold price, indicating a healthy level of buyer demand and continued market stability.

Breaking it down by property type, single-family home sales climbed 16% year-over-year, with the average sold price edging up 2% to $2,546,892. Condominium sales also rose 12%, with a 1% gain in average sold price to $870,263.

These trends suggest that while buyers are benefiting from a slight moderation in prices, Summit County continues to attract strong interest from both primary and second-home purchasers. For sellers, the data points to sustained market confidence and steady property values heading into the final quarter of the year.
