We met Jan a few years ago when we were looking for our first vacation house in Breckenridge when she responded immediately to a couple of questions on a property she had listed. She had thorough and thoughtful questions about what we were looking for in a house and thus began our quest. She was extremely patient in showing us a series of potential properties, and when we found the house we wanted, she was an expert in taking us through the entire process. We just used Jan again as our personal situation changed dramatically and wanted something different. We enlisted Jan again to help purchase our new house and then list our other property for sale. Jan was truly great on the buying process again, helping through a little bit of tougher negotiations. Being remote Jan was always available to represent our best interests when we could not be physically there.

During the sale of our other property Jan did a great job of helping us set a price, she advertised well to get potential buyers through to look at the house and was always in good communication with us for showings and feedback. Being a fractional ownership situation could be difficult in scheduling, but the property was sold in fairly short order. We could not have been more pleased with Jan’s ability to help us sell!
