October 2025 Market Report

October was another strong month for the Summit County real estate market. Residential sales were up 15%, and the average sold price continued to climb. Year-to-date, we’re now seeing an 11% increase in total sales and a 3.9% increase in the average sold price across all residential property types.

Breaking it down by category:

  • Single-family homes saw a notable 22% jump in sales, with the average sold price rising 2.3% to $2,537,428.
  • Condominiums also performed well, with sales up 9% and average prices increasing 1.5% to $868,709.

Overall, the market continues to show steady growth in both activity and value as we head into the winter season.
