Residential Sales

Residential Sales The chart above represents year to date sales through July 31. In Summit County sales are down 12% in numbers and down 7% in average sold price.

Interestingly, the new construction sales are about the same as last year with an average price change of plus 7%. Resale properties are down 14% in the number of sales and down 11% in the average sold price.

Single Family Home Sales

Single Family Home Sales in Summit County are down 21% in numbers and down 9% in average sold price.

Interestingly, the new construction sales are up about 13% with an average price change of plus 2%. Resale properties are down 26% in the number of sales and down 14% in the average sold price.

Condominium Sales

Condominium Sales in Summit County are down 16% in numbers and the same as last year in average sold price.

Interestingly, the new construction sales in 2023, so far, have been too few to compare to last year. Last year there were about 33 new construction sales mostly in Keystone.
